Working with Berkshire-Hathway owned Clayton Homes, the new 4-story dormitories at Appalachian State University went up in 2010. This exciting project pushes the envelope of traditional modular construction in the United States mixing a hybrid solution of site-built and off-site components. Clayton Homes contacted us for our experience in multi-story modular projects.​
